We partner with schools, universities, public agencies, and community organizations to advance meaningful and sustainable institutional equity. Our organizational development consulting team is a multiracial, cross-disciplinary collaborative of educators, researchers, practitioners, and facilitators with more than 30 years of combined experience in education, public health, human services, government, and community leadership.
When we work together, we will learn as much from you and other participants as you will learn from us or from the information we provide. This work is collectively produced and reciprocally transformative.
As facilitators, our job is to help create an environment where multiple perspectives can be shared without reinforcing or perpetuating additional harm. Our process is designed to support and ensure a brave and safe space through pair shares, small group work and large group discussions.
Racism and Patriarchy have shaped what our communities are like today, determining the health, wealth, and overall success of the people within them. As facilitators, we offer resources to help put our day-to-day reality into a larger context.
Change requires authenticity and reflection at all levels institutionally, as well as a commitment to collectively and intentionally doing things differently individually. As facilitators, we aim to help teams learn to work more equitably, efficiently, and effectively together across the personal, socio-cultural, and political differences that make us great.
